A reader who signs up through it is attributed to you at first touch, permanently — and you earn 40% of the net of every bundle payment they make, for as long as you stay verified. At $29.99 a month, net of card fees, that is $11.53 per referred subscriber per month.

Founding creator terms

In plain language, and in writing before the first message went out. These are the terms a founding creator is offered; nothing here is a handshake.
- Verification is free, permanent, and non-exclusive. Linking a brokerage and publishing a record costs nothing, now or later, and you may sell wherever else you choose.
- You earn 40% of net base-subscription revenue from every reader you refer, in perpetuity while you are active. "Net" is the payment less card-processing fees. "Active" means a live, verified brokerage connection and a published record.
- Attribution is first-touch and permanent, stamped on the reader's account at signup. A reader who first arrived through your link is yours for as long as you are active.
- You keep 85% of your VIP revenue; the platform takes 15%. Selling a VIP here is optional, and anything you sell elsewhere is not subject to any fee.
- The referral share applies to the $29.99 members bundle only. There is no cut of another creator's VIP. It is a single hop: a reader you refer who later refers others earns you nothing on them. There is no multi-level structure.
- The cohort closes at 50 creators or 90 days after public launch, whichever comes first. Creators approved after that are offered the standard terms: 25% for 24 months.
- Payouts are monthly, by hand, net of card fees, from the day the bundle takes payments. What is owed is visible in your studio's Referrals tab from day one.
- You can stop tracking at any time. New trades stop flowing in, your profile shows the date, and the record up to then stands exactly as it was. A record never comes down and never loses a position.
- These terms bind when you accept the creator agreement and sit alongside the terms of service, the disclosures and the risk disclosure. Where they overlap, the creator agreement governs.
