One address for everything: account access and billing, creator and brokerage-connection questions, corrections to a published record, reporting content that should be reviewed (you can also report any idea from inside the app), and privacy requests — access, correction, export, or deletion, per the privacy policy. Put a word like "privacy" or "report" in the subject and it reaches the right eyes faster.
What we cannot help with
We do not give investment advice, and support cannot tell you whether to buy or sell anything. We also cannot place, modify, or cancel a trade — our brokerage connections are read-only, and your broker is the only party who can act on your account. If you have a problem with an order, contact your broker directly.
For anything urgent involving your money, your broker is the faster path. We hold no assets and cannot move funds.
