1. PickVesting is not an investment adviser. We publish verified trading records. We are not registered with the SEC, FINRA or any state securities regulator, and nothing on PickVesting is personalized investment advice.
2. Creators are not my advisers. A verified record shows what a creator did in their own account. It is not a license, a registration, or an endorsement by PickVesting.
3. Ideas are information, not recommendations. What I unlock is a creator's published thinking about their own positions. It is not tailored to me and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
4. Past performance does not predict future results. However long and however verified a record is, it describes the past. I can lose money, including all of it.
5. My decisions are my own. Any trade I make is my decision and my risk. Neither PickVesting nor any creator is responsible for my results.
6. Verification has limits. A record proves what happened in the brokerage accounts a creator linked. It cannot show accounts they did not link, and it says nothing about whether a strategy suits me.
7. I am 18 or older. And able to enter into a binding agreement where I live.

What you are paying for

A subscription gives you access to a creator's published ideas and community, alongside a trading record computed from their linked brokerage. It is not a managed account, it does not place trades for you, and it is not a financial product with an expected return. The verification tells you the record is what happened in the linked accounts; it does not tell you whether any strategy suits you.
